An established practice in Augusta, GA is seeking a motivated, compassionate Audiologist to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about improving patient quality of life through hearing care and education, not sales. With a strong focus on patient care, lasting relationships, and work-life balance, this practice offers independence, support from an experienced team, and a low-turnover environment where the right candidate can thrive.
Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Full-Time, Monday – Friday, professional daytime hours.
- Perform hearing diagnostics and counsel patients on hearing loss.
- Educate patients on the benefits of amplification and assist with fitting hearing aids.
- Handle a variety of cases, including complex hearing loss, minor tinnitus management, and pediatric diagnostics.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus commission & additional bonuses. Realistic potential to hit 6 figures.

Candidate Requirements:
- A motivated, patient-centric audiologist with a passion for relationship-building.
- Experience in diagnostic audiology (no ABRs, VNGs, or ECOGs).
- Comfortable working with a range of ages, including occasional pediatric diagnostics.
