We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to support members and clients in a fast-paced credit union environment in Jacksonville Florida. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone with strong call center experience who can confidently handle banking-related inquiries, provide accurate service, and build positive relationships through every interaction. The role centers on delivering responsive support across personal, retail, business, online, and transaction banking services while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to member and customer questions with accuracy and care.

• Assist clients with banking service requests related to personal, retail, business, correspondent, online, and transaction banking products.

• Enter and update order and service information in internal systems while maintaining complete and accurate records.

• Resolve routine account and service concerns efficiently, escalating more complex issues when appropriate.

• Strengthen customer relationships by delivering attentive support and clear communication during every interaction.

• Provide guidance on available banking options, digital tools, and service features to help customers complete their requests.

• Document call activity, customer needs, and follow-up actions in accordance with organizational procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely handling of service requests and a smooth customer experience.

• Ability to maintain residence and commute in Jacksonville, Florida

At least 5 years of experience in customer service, including substantial exposure to a call center setting.

• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a structured, service-driven environment.

• Experience supporting banking-related products or services, preferably within a credit union or financial institution.

• Working knowledge of personal banking, retail banking, business banking, online banking, and transaction services.

• Strong data entry and order processing skills with careful attention to accuracy.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and customer-first approach.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established procedures, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
