Fairfax Behavioral Health has been a cornerstone of mental health care in the Greater Seattle/Puget Sound areas since 1930. Our mission is to provide top-quality patient care through comprehensive mental health and co-occurring addiction treatment services for adolescents and adults. Facilities Kirkland Campus – 157‑bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care. Everett Campus – 30‑bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus. Monroe Campus – 34‑bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe. Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s‑focused programs. Details Manageable and sustainable adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15‑18 total encounters per day. Flexible schedule: Monday‑Friday day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished. Primary duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges. Work‑life balance: occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only. Leadership and growth opportunities: Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested. Benefits and Compensation Job type – Full‑time employed W‑2 position. Salary range – $315,000–$330,000. Benefits – Robust package includes medical, dental, vision, company‑matched 401K, ST/​LT disability, etc. Malpractice insurance covered. PTO – 26 days Paid Time Off annually. CME package. Other compensation – Negotiable relocation assistance/​sign‑on bonus. Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications Education – MD/DO degree from an accredited program. Certifications – BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required). Licensure – Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or ability to obtain required license. Credentialing – Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
