Kirkland Campus: 157‑bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care. Everett Campus: 30‑bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus. Monroe Campus: 34‑bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe. Bellevue Outpatient Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s‑focused programs. Details Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15-18 total encounters per day. Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday‑Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be off‑site after daily patient care duties are finished. Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges. Work‑Life Balance: Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only. Leadership and Growth Opportunities: Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested. Benefits and Compensation Job type: Full time employed W‑2 position.
