Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality laws, ethical guidelines, and standards of practice throughout your interactions with clients and their families.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to facilitate holistic patient care and comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work primarily with adult clients dealing with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. Your work will not only focus on individual mental health needs but also extend to supporting their families and caregivers. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, compliant with state regulations.
