Position Overview Are you a dynamic HR leader ready to champion organizational health? As our HR Manager, you'll oversee HR functions including strategy development, employee relations, performance appraisals, payroll, and compliance. Shape our company culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive growth. Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Manager is required. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. Address demands, grievances, and other employee relations issues. Support business needs through human capital development, engagement, and motivation. Monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Lead recruitment and selection to attract top talent. Assess training needs and monitor training programs. Provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance in human resource management. Requirements and Skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field Proven working experience as HR Generalist or HR Executive People-oriented and results-driven Must be willing and able to travel to meet business demands Experience with HR metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Strategic thinking and leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status required Job Type Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts Pay $90,000- $130,000 Benefits 401(k) with matching (4% match) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Location In-person work located in Chatsworth, CA 91311.
