Our world-class training will prepare you for the job! What is a Direct Support Professional? A Direct Support Professional performs a variety of tasks related to the care of clients served by Damar. What would I be doing? Some duties include client supervision and care, crisis management, promoting appropriate social behaviors, and supporting clients in achieving their maximum potential. Where would I work with clients? For this particular role, you could work on our Children's Residential campus located at 6067 Decatur Boulevard in Indianapolis or in one of our Adult Group Homes in the community. What are the hours? Day Shift (7:00 am - 7:30 pm / weekend rotation every 2nd week) Night Shift (7:00 pm - 7:30 am / weekend rotation every 2nd week) Weekend (7:00 am - 11:00 pm / Sat & Sun) *Can pick up an optional 8 hour shift Monday-Friday (* Preferred shift may not be available at time of application.)
