Construction Technology Deployment Lead
This is an expert-level opportunity with a Randstad client in the DC area for a Construction Technology Deployment Lead. This critical role is responsible for the overall success of technology infrastructure implementation, scheduling, and integration throughout the entire facilities construction project lifecycle. The Lead will apply their mastery of systems analysis and design to perform expert-level construction design reviews, manage detailed technology deployment schedules, and ensure the seamless integration of all technology services into new and renovated buildings. Success requires deep experience balancing the complexities of both technology infrastructure and the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of technology infrastructure implementation and integration for complex construction projects.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed technology deployment schedules that are fully integrated with the overall construction project timeline.
- Conduct expert-level construction design reviews to ensure all technology systems, infrastructure, and services are accurately specified, coordinated, and deployable within the facilities.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the integration of technology services, guaranteeing alignment between system design and final facility construction.
- Apply broad systems and/or systems analysis and design experience to solve complex challenges related to technology integration in the facilities construction project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with construction teams, architects, engineers, and IT stakeholders to drive coordination and technical delivery of systems.
Qualifications
- Expert level experience in Technology Infrastructure implementation, scheduling, and integration of technology services.
- Proven experience managing technology deployment schedules specifically for large-scale construction projects.
- Demonstrated expert level experience in construction design review, scheduling, and the integration of technology services.
- Mastery of technology integration within the full facilities construction project lifecycle.
- Broad systems and/or systems analysis and design experience is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse project teams.
