Basic Job Functions: The role of the Sales Associate includes but is not limited to generating various daily/weekly/monthly sales & marketing reports, processing customer orders, dispatching shipments, managing available inventory, maintaining pricing, approve billing and provide customer support as needed, assisting sales team wherever workload demands, maintaining/ordering office supplies. organizing customer visits, and answering incoming phone calls for the sales department.

- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
- 4-year Degree in Business, Marketing or related study, or 12 months of steel related experience
- Able to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime
- Flat Rolled Steel knowledge
- Customer service experience
