Description Registered Registration Clerk (PRN) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PRN Registration Clerk to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate patient information management. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information Register patients into the hospital or clinic’s electronic health record system accurately and efficiently Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow Handle inquiries and direct patients to appropriate departments as needed Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Join our team and be part of a supportive, patient-centered environment that values growth and professional development.
