Office Assistant

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions in our client's facility in McMinnville, TN. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while assisting both office staff and customers. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet customers and visitors Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with invoicing and general office support tasks File, scan, and organize documents Support scheduling and coordination of appointments or projects Communicate with vendors and customers as needed Maintain office supplies and general office organization Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Professional demeanor and positive attitude Schedule: Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Regular Schedule (After Training): Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM $15/hr., starting pay Express Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
