Sales & Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic marketing plans, and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to maximize performance and productivity.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the company’s reach.
• Collaborate with product development and other departments to align marketing campaigns with product launches and company goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and market conditions to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Experience managing budgets and driving profitable growth.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
