About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3 years in Operating Room License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: AHA BLS, CO or Compact RN License Must-Have: - Minimum of 3 years Operating Room experience - Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center experience - Epic experience Description: The position requires the ability to float between different Operating Rooms as needed. There will be occasional night shifts required, no more than three shifts per contract. Weekend coverage will be necessary based on unit needs. Previous charge experience is beneficial. Candidates should be proficient in circulating various surgical procedures, including general, GU/GYN, neuro, ENT, and plastics. Experience in high-pressure trauma situations is essential. Travel experience is required for this role. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to handle emergency procedures like craniotomies. RTO (requested time off) is limited to a maximum of 10 days within the 13-week contract period. Requests for time off during specific periods will not be accepted. All candidates must be willing to adhere to facility-specific policies, including module completion. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in nursing and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
