This is an operations-focused legal support role—not a courtroom or paralegal position. You'll coordinate litigation documents, analyze reports, improve processes, and become a trusted resource for your team. Success is built on accuracy, ownership, and sound decision-making.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Review and process litigation documents with exceptional accuracy.

• Analyze reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues before they impact workflow.

• Coordinate documentation with vendors and internal business partners.

• Help improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and compliance.

• Support onboarding and training by reinforcing best practices and new procedures.

• Serve as a trusted resource who promotes consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...

• Has experience in legal support, banking, mortgage, title, insurance, compliance, finance, or another document-intensive environment.

• Has advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis.

• Is known for exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, ownership, and helping others succeed.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience training, mentoring, or coaching teammates.

• Process improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain procedures and influence positive outcomes.
