What You’ll Do: Under the direction of a project lead, configure systems from end-to-end, troubleshooting of errors, and quality assurance testing asrequired. Lead orparticipatein functionality delivery sessions with the clients. Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions asrequired. Flag and report potential problematic orout of scoperequests from clients. Technical investigation of client issues, detailedinitialtroubleshooting before escalating issues to the Development team. Enable successful go-lives by acting as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and final implementation. Assistwith performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system. Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need: ABachelor'sdegree in any Technology, Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics (STEM) field relatedfieldor equivalent experience Experience withSQLa definiteasset. Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment. For example,a configurationof fields, creation of workflows, tweaking, and implementation. Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ Solutions (SAAS) and experience of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to grasp concepts quickly with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Clear, concise, and effective communication skills. Exceptional time management skills. Occasional travel is a requirement for this position, with the ability to travel withinNorth Americaand Europeisa must. Must be legally eligible to work inCanada,USAor EU.
