Implementation Consultant

To support client transitions, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will manage client onboarding, execute implementation plans, and drive operational readiness by translating requirements into effective solutions for property and casualty account servicing. Key responsibilities Translate client requirements into process designs and support solution configuration while facilitating training and documentation Act as the primary point of contact during client onboarding, leading kickoff meetings and guiding stakeholders through the change management process Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure alignment on system configurations and workflow dependencies for operational readiness Required qualifications Direct experience in property and casualty policy servicing workflows within an agency, broker, or carrier environment Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in a client-facing implementation consultant or project management role within insurance operations Proven ability to manage complex B2B projects, ideally in retail or wholesale insurance operations Strong client-facing communication skills with a collaborative mindset to balance client demands and internal considerations #J-18808-Ljbffr Patra Corporation
