Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Operate and monitor equipment including IV pumps, cardiac monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and portable EKG machines
• Perform procedures including IV placement, blood draws, NIH stroke scale assessments, moderate sedation, TNK administration, and cardiac monitoring
• Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, paramedics, and LVNs across day shift operations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Strong team-player mentality with ability to adapt to a busy, collaborative unit
