Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research and gathering relevant case law to aid in case strategy development. Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed case files and manage electronic document databases efficiently. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts, ensuring clear and timely updates. Experience in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits and summarizing transcripts. Ability to monitor court deadlines diligently, ensuring timely completion of all filings to prevent delays in proceedings. Compensation: $30 - $60 per hour DOE • Coordinate and manage all phases of litigation, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, to support case progression. • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case law to assist attorneys in developing case strategies. • Maintain organized case files and manage electronic document databases to ensure easy access and retrieval. • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case status. • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits and summarizing transcripts. • Monitor court deadlines and ensure all filings are completed promptly to avoid delays in proceedings.
