Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed case files and manage electronic document databases efficiently. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts, ensuring clear and timely updates. Experience in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits and summarizing transcripts. Ability to monitor court deadlines diligently, ensuring timely completion of all filings to prevent delays in proceedings.
