Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree: Preferred from an ABA-approved paralegal program. Experience with iManage and PerfectLaw. Previous experience supporting multiple attorneys. Knowledge of the Federal and State rules of procedure. Experience with trial software such as Casefleet and Trial Director. Experience producing chronologies and reviewing medical records.
