Horizon Blue is seeking a BCBA to support families of children with autism. You’ll manage 8–10 cases with 15–25 hours of billable work weekly, telepractice enabled, and decisions guided by what each child needs for progress. Develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, mentor RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client progress while meeting ethical and regulatory standards.
