Weekend Schedule
This position is for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday . We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Scheduling will be determined based on operational needs and candidate availability.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Check guests in and out while ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the daily schedule.
- Recommend spa enhancements, retail products, and membership opportunities.
- Maintain an immaculate reception area that reflects Evergreen Spa's luxury standards.
- Communicate effectively with therapists and spa staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Process payments, gift cards, and retail purchases accurately.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.

- Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Presents themselves professionally with a polished appearance.
- Enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Is dependable, proactive, and thrives as part of a team.
- Has previous hospitality, luxury retail, hotel, spa, or reception experience (preferred but not required).
