Job Description Position Purpose: Generate highly qualified leads through door‑to‑door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and target markets. Eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement. Position Responsibilities Generate leads and qualified sales opportunities by canvassing assigned territory. Transport yourself to assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to maintain accurate house‑to‑house records. Maintain a courteous, neat, clean appearance in required uniform, complying with municipal regulations. Master Renewal by Andersen product knowledge, methodology, and current promotions; become a Signature Service expert. Communicate with the Direct Marketing Manager to improve canvassing program effectiveness. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, OR minimum 2 years of experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum age 18 and covered by company driving insurance policy. Reliable transportation to navigate territory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated. Proficiency navigating multiple tablet platforms. Attend company meetings as required.
