About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house performance
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior staff and department heads
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L statements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
• Champion brand identity and uphold the company's standards of quality and hospitality

Requirements:

• Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations management
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
