About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive growth, shape company culture, and take a beloved local dining establishment to the next level. Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to drive performance and employee retention
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
• Identify new business opportunities and drive marketing and brand initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Experience with restaurant operations, staffing, and vendor management
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
