Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive growth, shape company culture, and take a beloved local dining establishment to the next level. If you're passionate about the restaurant industry and have the vision to inspire a team, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to drive performance and employee retention
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
- Identify new business opportunities and drive marketing and brand initiatives
- Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Experience with restaurant operations, staffing, and vendor management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
