About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization in Rome, NY. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a driven hospitality professional ready to steer a restaurant company toward continued growth and success. Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic direction and executive leadership for Dematteos Restaurant Inc
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement business growth strategies, including revenue generation and market expansion
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior management teams and department heads
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, P&L statements, and key performance indicators
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
• Champion company culture, brand identity, and customer experience standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an executive leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and P&L oversight
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
• Experience managing multi-department or multi-unit restaurant operations preferred
• Knowledge of food service regulations, health codes, and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
