Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across all restaurant operations
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability goals
• Build and mentor a high-performing management and service team
• Develop and execute marketing, branding, and community engagement strategies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
• Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and uphold exceptional dining standards

Requirements:

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Experience in staff development, hiring, and performance management
• Deep understanding of food service operations and industry best practices
• Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic business plans
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and community involvement
