About the Role:  

Dematteos Restaurant Inc in Rome, NY is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and success. Responsibilities:  

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across all areas of restaurant operations
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
• Drive business development initiatives to grow revenue and expand brand presence
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a positive and productive workplace culture
• Establish and uphold operational standards for quality, service, and guest experience

Requirements:

 

• Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Experience with staff management, hiring, and organizational development
• Knowledge of food service regulations, health codes, and industry best practices
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences
