Client Intake Care Coordinator It's a client care coordinator/ client intake role at Comfort Keepers. We are an in-home care agency serving seniors and adults by providing home health aides. Our Benefits Include: Competitive Pay PTO Direct Deposit We Provide All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Role and responsibilities include Client in take ( follow up on leads, talk to clients, families & coordinate home visits for nurse and director) Track metrics and oversight of scheduling and hiring functions for caregivers/CHHAss Handle client escalations and maintain quality and compliance Assist in invoicing and any payment reconciliation and follow ups Participate in weekly on-call rotation to handle emergency after hours May include other tasks in support of our in home care mission Comfort Keepers
