DME Customer Service & Patient Scheduling Coordinator (Part-Time)

Precise Medical Care Services, LLC is a locally owned Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider serving patients throughout New Jersey. We specialize in CPAP, oxygen, respiratory, and home medical equipment, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and patient-focused individual to join our team.

Position: DME Customer Service & Patient Scheduling Coordinator
Schedule: Part-Time (25–30 hours per week)

Responsibilities

· Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.

· Schedule patient appointments and coordinate equipment deliveries.

· Communicate effectively with patients, physicians’ offices, and referral sources.

· Assist with administrative and office support duties.

· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

· Help ensure a positive patient experience from intake through equipment delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience working for a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company.

· Experience with a CPAP, respiratory, or home medical equipment provider is highly preferred.

· Insurance verification experience is a strong plus.

· Experience using DME software is a plus.

· Experience with the ePrescribing platform is a plus.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

· Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
