Leasing Agent

Description Richmark Properties is seeking a motivated and high-energy Leasing Agent with a strong background in marketing and customer service. This role is essential in attracting and retaining residents through dynamic outreach, skilled communication, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Advertise and market available apartment units to prospective residents Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and community features Show available units to prospective renters and explain leasing terms and community policies Conduct application screenings, including background and credit checks, to ensure qualified applicants Maintain positive communication and relationships with current residents Support property goals through effective leasing techniques and resident retention strategies Comply with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations Schedule: Sat - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Sun- 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Mon - Fri- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ; one week day off and one 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm shift Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary Monthly Leasing and Renewal Bonuses Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Richmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
