We’ve got the work A Team That Supports You – Experienced leadership & a safety‑first culture What You’ll Do: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform service calls efficiently in customer homes Explain system issues and solutions in a clear, professional manner Document work, complete invoices, and recommend comfort solutions Follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized Travel to job sites in a company‑provided vehicle What You Need: High school diploma or GED 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification (required) Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your daily call flow Comfort working in attics, crawlspaces, and extreme temperatures What You’ll Do: Install residential HVAC systems (condensers, coils, furnaces, air handlers, mini‑splits, thermostats, ductwork) Act as lead of installation crews, depending on experience level Ensure installs are completed safely, on time, and to spec Perform ductwork installation, sealing, and airflow optimization Handle refrigerants, wiring, zoning systems, and smart technology Maintain van organization, tools, and jobsite cleanliness Train and mentor Installer Helpers (Lead‑level roles) What You Need: 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (Lead preferred) EPA Certification (NATE preferred) Proven leadership ability (for Lead roles) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and install specifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions Please indicate which position you’re seeking in the pre‑screening questions.
