Fall 2026 WMG Emerging Talent Associate Program (Global Sync)

Program Overview Warner Music Group’s Emerging Talent Associate Program (ETA) is a paid, semester‑long internship providing interns with hands‑on experience in the music industry. The program matches ETAs to departments based on their interests and qualifications, and includes professional development workshops, industry insights, and a capstone project. Responsibilities Participate in strategic meetings and daily activities within assigned department. Contribute to solving key business issues and provide ideas and perspectives to support WMG’s global success. Engage in professional development workshops, industry insights sessions, and the ETA Capstone Project. Qualifications / Eligibility At least 18years of age by August312026. U.S. residency for the duration of the program. Access to housing and transportation within the designated city. Self‑starter attitude with genuine curiosity about the business. Ability to commit to a 20–25 hour work week. Good verbal and written communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills. Preferred Professional goals that align with WMG’s core values and business objectives. Knowledge and passion for the different WMG business units. Strong passion for and knowledge of the music industry. Leadership experience on or off campus. Placements Business & Legal Affairs (reserved for law students). Clearance – Hybrid, LosAngeles, CA. Creative Sync – Hybrid, LosAngeles, CA (creative portfolio required for creative placements). Compensation & Benefits Hourly salary: $18.42 (subject to change).
