The Renaissance of Richfield/Bath, a privately owned, family-operated facility in Richfield, Ohio, is dedicated to innovation, creativity, and honoring the legacy of our community while shaping its future. We are seeking a visionary leader to help define the next chapter of our success as Executive Director. Position Overview As Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring excellence across all departments. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing reports, managing information requests, and overseeing administrative functions such as correspondence, visitor relations, conference calls, and scheduling. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, vision benefits and more Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Key Responsibilities Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulations and guidelines for assisted living facilities Supervise and manage all departments to ensure operational efficiency Review and verify accounts payable to maintain budget compliance across departments Oversee marketing and sales efforts to achieve occupancy goals Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Minimum of one year of experience in a nursing home setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality The doors of Renaissance Richfield/Bath on Everett Road open into a community that calls Main Street home.
