In this role, you will provide expert perioperative nursing care across all phases of the surgical experience, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the broader OR team. Key Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive preoperative patient assessments and prepare patients for surgical procedures • Serve in scrub and circulating roles to support a wide range of surgical specialties and procedures • Maintain strict aseptic technique and enforce infection control standards throughout the perioperative process • Anticipate surgeon needs and efficiently manage instrumentation, supplies, and equipment during procedures • Monitor and document patient safety, positioning, and physiologic status throughout the intraoperative phase • Coordinate care during patient handoff and provide thorough postoperative reporting to PACU staff • Participate in surgical counts, timeout procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety ✅ Requirements • Active OH or Compact RN license • BLS, ACLS certifications • 3+ years of Operating Room experience • CNOR certification preferred Pay Pay range: $1,980 to $2,073 per week. Travel OR RN package: up to $2,073/week (36 hours) = $32/hour taxable + up to $921/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $55/hour fully taxable ($1,980/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
