Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12 – Relocation Candidates Welcome Location: Zanesville, OH Duration: 13 Weeks Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Time: Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12 Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week Start: 11/15/2026 We are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital in Zanesville, OH. In this role, you will provide high-acuity, step-down level care to patients who require closer monitoring than a general medical-surgical floor but do not yet meet intensive care criteria. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and assess patients with complex cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions requiring continuous telemetry surveillance • Administer medications, IV drips, and titrate vasoactive agents per physician orders and established protocols • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating rapid response or escalation of care as needed • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge planning • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) • Assist with procedures such as central line management, chest tube care, and arterial line monitoring ✅ Requirements • Active OH or Compact RN license • BLS, ACLS certifications • 3+ years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) experience • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Pay Pay range: $1,980 to $2,073 per week. Travel PCU RN package: up to $2,073/week (36 hours) = $32/hour taxable + up to $921/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $55/hour fully taxable ($1,980/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.

Active OH or Compact RN license BLS, ACLS certifications 3+ years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
