Registered Nurse‑Research Coordinator At Henry Ford Hospital, nurses provide exceptional patient care and participate in quality assurance, research, and shared governance. Responsibilities Perform nursing functions independently and in collaboration with physician investigators to ensure the objectives of research protocols are met in compliance with IRB and sponsor guidelines. Identify and recruit patients into study protocols as needed. Provide educational and emotional support to patients enrolled in study protocols. Manage study documentation and data collection, and prepare and monitor budgets as needed. Support physician investigators and other clinicians to facilitate project participation and compliance. Position Details 40 hours per week. Afternoon shifts. Every other weekend and holiday rotations. Full‑time benefit package. Qualifications Registered Nurse licensed in Michigan. BSN preferred. Minimum of three years of nursing experience. One year of clinical research experience preferred. Working Conditions Normal office and patient care environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like.
