Position Overview: As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first and last impression of our day spa and med spa guests creating the warm welcome that begins each guest's journey with us and the lasting impression they carry with them. This isn't a traditional desk job; you're a relationship builder, creating a connection with our guests that turn first-time visitors into lifelong members. you'll orchestrate seamless guest experiences from consultation to checkout, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to habitual wellness and exceptional care. Your days will be filled with meaningful conversations as you guide guests to discover the treatment plan that aligns with their self-care goals. We believe at Hiatus that we are "Day Makers" and it starts with this vital role. Key Responsibilities: Lead the way in delivering "The Hiatus Way" - best-in-class experience, customized results-driven services, expert treatment plans, and at-home care Enroll new members by educating our guests on the benefits and value of the Hiatus Membership Ensure the spa environment is beautiful, welcoming, and always aligned with the Hiatus brand and standards Ensure all guests are greeted, checked in and provided a tour of the spa. Upon the completion of the service, ensure that they confirm their next appointment and review the services they had, confirm the ticket and if they need additional home care. Answering any calls not answered by the call center in regards to any and all guest concerns. Experience & Requirements: A love for customer service and have a servant's heart Have a natural gift for connecting with people and making them feel valued Take pride in your personal presentation and understand the beauty and self-care industry Are passionate about wellness and helping others feel their best Excel at building relationships, not just completing transactions Have an engaging, warm personality that puts people at ease Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Possess strong communication skills and enjoy educating others Spa and Front Desk Experience Highly Preferred!
