This includes ensuring competitiveness in the market, managing pricing structures, overseeing compensation strategies, and formulating distribution and channel strategies.Specific Job RequirementsStrong executive-level financial analysis and business acumen.Proficient in strategic and operational planning and management.Skilled in fostering collaboration among colleagues and staff to achieve results in a team-oriented environment, including technical personnel.Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market through effective product management and marketing collaboration.Ability to communicate ideas clearly through verbal, written, and presentation formats.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Proficient in understanding and leveraging the influence of advertising, social media, and marketing.Capable of tracking industry trends and emerging markets.Experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams, utilizing specific sales methodologies, and managing sales funnels.Extensive network of contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.Strong consultative selling abilities, particularly with executive-level customers and partners.Proven track record of successful sales in new product/new market environments.Collaboration with internal departments to facilitate business processes, including credit and customer care.Assistance with credit management and collection of customer payments.Proficient in margin control management.Willingness to travel to monitor sales productivity within Club networks.Education and Experience RequirementsFour-year college degree and/or equivalent experience.North America Club Direct Sales ManagementStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPointExperience using Salesforce and Power BIJob Specific CompetenciesCustomer Focus - Builds customer confidence, is committed to increasing customer satisfaction, sets achievable customer expectations, assumes responsibility for solving customer problems, ensures customer commitments are met, solicits customer opinions and ideas, and responds to internal customers.Negotiation Skills - Conducts positive negotiations, ability to compromise, handles conflict, seeks common ground, articulates own and other goals, stays focused on positive outcome.Product Knowledge - Knows and explains product features/benefits, understands/sells the full product line, understands customer's business operations and needs, understands/responds to the competition, applies market knowledge.Results Focus - Targets and achieves results, sets challenging goals, prioritizes tasks, overcomes obstacles, accepts accountability, sets team standards and responsibilities, provides leadership/motivation.Relationship Building - Develops new business, identifies, and sells to customer needs, translates product features to benefits, has good listening skills, is sensitive to customers, delivers effective presentations, negotiates well, uses closing skills appropriately, develops sales skills.Teamwork - Meets all team deadlines and responsibilities, listens to others and values opinions, helps team leader to meet goals, welcomes newcomers, and promotes a team atmosphere.Communication - Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.Position StatusLevel: StaffFLSA: ExemptSupervises: N/AThis job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions.
