About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of eCommerce to spearhead the optimization of its digital experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the eCommerce strategy, with a focus on building high-converting digital experiences across various platforms. This includes overseeing the customer journey from direct-to-consumer to third-party content ecosystems, particularly those driven by Meta advertising. The role demands a hands-on approach, with the Head of eCommerce expected to manage day-to-day eCommerce functions, a small team, and work closely with digital operations and development resources to enhance site performance, conversion, and customer experience. Applicants for the Head of eCommerce position at the company should have a strong background in leading eCommerce for a DTC brand, preferably within the beauty, wellness, skincare, or consumer products sectors. A deep understanding of Shopify ecosystems and customer journey optimization is essential, as is experience in managing traffic across both owned and third-party channels. The ideal candidate will be a scrappy, resourceful, and strategic operator, capable of quickly adapting to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include managing small teams, working with technical resources, and a strong focus on conversion optimization, merchandising, and digital customer behavior. The role offers the opportunity to help build and scale the eCommerce team as the business continues to grow.
