Business System Analyst

Looking for a Business System Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with teams to understand processes, identify problems, and help implement effective systems and tools.

Gather and document business requirements through meetings and interviews.

Analyze existing systems and workflows; identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

Support development teams with requirement clarifications during the build process.

Assist in testing and validating system functionality (UAT).

Create documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Ensure solutions meet business goals and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Should have solid experience working as a Business System Analyst working with Mainframe and Java Applications

Candidates having dealer warranty experience would be given first preference

Onsite Role in Portland Oregon - No Hybrid or Remote option available.
