Accounting Clerk

Valor Oil is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join the accounting team. Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the accurate and timely processing of fuel delivery documentation across Retail, Commercial & Industrial, and C-Store lines of business. This role is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and maintaining delivery paperwork and ensuring all relevant data is properly entered into the accounting system.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 hourly

Schedule: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Location: Owensboro, KY

Responsibilities

• Key transport loads for fuel management
• Key customer deliveries for tank wagon fuel sales
• Quote product prices for prospective customers and orders
• Key inventory receivers across all lines of business
• Key inventory blends, packaging, and transfers for Race department
• Key inventory AP invoicing
• Balancing of inventory across all lines of business
• Any other accounting related functions assigned as needed

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Execution & Detail: Exceptional accuracy in financial transactions, strong multitasking abilities, and professional problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
• Bookkeeping Education/Experience
• Experience working in multi-customer or multi-division organizations preferred
