Provides contract administration coordinating and working to satisfy state, federal and local regulatory requirements. Assists the division by regular internal liaison work with the Finance and Materials Management departments associated with Operations as well as with project financial reporting and material procurement. Externally the position maintains regular contact with vendors assisting with financial and scheduling issues. The position plays a critical role in the Hazardous Materials Program maintaining administrative management of vendors within the program and liaisons with external regulatory agencies. Additionally, the position also maintains administrative oversight of the division's CMMS program.
