5 days ago Requisition ID: 1673 Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly SUMMARY The Mailroom Administrator plays a critical role in supporting Lucent’s healthcare operations, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of sensitive claims-related documentation. This position serves as a central point of coordination, interacting regularly with team members, managers, directors, executive leadership, and external clients. Given the impact on claims processing and regulatory expectations, strict adherence to timelines, accuracy, and confidentiality is essential. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Consistent attendance, reliability, and accountability are critical, as performance in this role directly affects client satisfaction, compliance standards, staff productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
