Supportive Employment Program Assistant

Benefits Paid Training Hours (if applicable) Supportive Team Culture Flexible schedule Sanctuary House is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Part Time Program Assistant to support our Individual Placement and Support, IPS, Supported Employment team. IPS is an evidence based model that helps individuals with mental health and substance use challenges obtain and maintain competitive employment in the community. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently and remains compliant with Medicaid and program requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working with data, and committed to supporting individuals on their path to meaningful employment.
