Rehabilitation OT Team Leader

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Lead and manage the occupational therapy team, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Provide direct therapy, build strong patient relationships, and support recovery goals. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, training, and communication.
