Associate's degree preferred. What you'll be doing day to day Implements and innovates upon store layout plan in order to best present the product range. Maintains an organized and visually appealing environment for our customers. Creates and maintains visual displays. Devises, implements and executes effective merchandising strategies. Utilizes space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency in store design. Implement department action plan to grow the business and increase profitability Uses creative approach to solve home furnishing challenges that exist in the local market Remains up-to-date and knowledgeable about current home furnishing and interior design trends Secures an impression of new and inspiring solutions to meet the demands of our customers Job Type: Shop Design Specialist Portfolio preferred!!!! BENEFITS ELIGIBLE: Yes HOURS: 34-40hrs a week We are looking for a candidate with strong visual composition skills, meticulous organization and knowledge of Revit. The regular hours for the position are from 7:00am-3:30pm M-F, with additional availability needed during peak times.
