The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and maintain the office calendar Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and courteously. Learn commonly asked questions about dental procedures, insurance specifications and office policies Verify insurance eligibility for private dental plans Use Open Dental Software to maximize the doctor's schedule Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable Hotel hospitality skills preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is advantageous but not mandatory Hospitality and communication skills mandatory Organizational skills, multi-tasking and learning on the job mandatory Warm and welcoming presentation, tone and etiquette a must Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Ability to work in a team and lend a hand for the benefit of our patients Please note: In addition to paid sick days and paid time off, Cascada Dental also provides paid holidays when the office is closed for anyone working on those days. #J-18808-Ljbffr CASCADA DENTAL SPA
