Dental Receptionist
$25 - $31 per hourJC Endodontics
Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves people as much as you love organization? Our fast-paced, 6-doctor endodontic practice is looking for an additional Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing office. You’ll work alongside an experienced team to ensure our patients receive a seamless experience from the moment they call the office to the moment they leave the office. Key Responsibilities Case Presentation: Clearly explain treatment plans and procedures to patients. Financial Coordination: Navigate insurance benefits and provide cost estimates. Treatment Scheduling: Manage a high-volume schedule efficiently. Manage Pending Treatment: Follow up with patients that have unscheduled treatment. What We’re Looking For Detail Obsessed: In this office, things move fast. We need someone who catches the small things before they become big things. Numerical Fluency: You should be comfortable discussing co-pays, percentages, and insurance benefits without breaking a sweat. Genuine Empathy: Amazing customer service is our top priority.
