$20 - $26 hourly based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm smile, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
• Manage and schedule appointments efficiently, balancing patient needs with our team's availability.
• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing clear and helpful information.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, updating information promptly and securely.
• Process payments and insurance claims accurately, ensuring a smooth financial experience for patients.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in a dental office.

• Proficient in Dentrix and/or other dental software.

• Strong understanding of PPO insurance and Pre-Determination processing.

• Confident in presenting treatment plans and clearly communicating with patients.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays.
